Unlike traditional internships, the Shadowing Program offers a close-up perspective of leadership itself. Participants observe how senior figures make decisions, manage teams, address crises and balance competing priorities.
The experience shapes not only their careers but also their understanding of how leaders can drive positive change in a complex and interconnected world.
ALF has established strong alliances with companies, institutions and executives who open their doors to young professionals and create channels of trust between U.S. leaders and international talent.
Participants from Gibraltar, Israel, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Spain have taken part in shadowing experiences, enriching the program with diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
