Building on the philosophy that leadership is best learned through direct exposure, ALF created the Shadowing Program to allow emerging leaders to step inside the daily work of top executives, policymakers and innovators.

Unlike traditional internships, the Shadowing Program offers a close-up perspective of leadership itself. Participants observe how senior figures make decisions, manage teams, address crises and balance competing priorities.

The experience shapes not only their careers but also their understanding of how leaders can drive positive change in a complex and interconnected world.
