Sessions connecting participants with experts in digital infrastructure, risk management and regulation, with a focus on the leadership challenges of governing responsibly in an age of cyber vulnerability.
High-impact programs developed with universities, development institutions and global experts to help leaders address today’s challenges and anticipate tomorrow’s opportunities.
Since its founding, ALF has emphasized that leadership is not only about vision, but also about preparation. Leaders need structured, high-level programs that equip them with tools to address the challenges of today and anticipate the opportunities of tomorrow.
ALF’s Executive Courses and Certificates blend rigorous academic content with applied learning, mentoring and real-world case studies. The portfolio covers cybersecurity, women’s empowerment, sustainable business models, international trade and the green economy.
Each program reflects ALF’s philosophy that executive training must leave participants not only with knowledge, but with skills, networks and a sense of responsibility to act.

Developed in partnership with The Washington Center, these programs equipped women with confidence, skills and networks to assume leadership roles across sectors.

Developed with the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank, this hands-on certificate helps leaders identify opportunities in the green economy and integrate sustainability into strategy.
The Green Business Accelerator Certificate is one of ALF’s flagship executive training programs. Developed in alliance with the Green Banking Academy of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, the program helps business leaders, entrepreneurs, public officials and private-sector representatives understand sustainability as a competitive advantage.
The certificate fills a practical niche: rather than treating climate change only as a technical or ethical issue, it equips participants with tools to identify market opportunities, assess risks, mobilize internal transformation and strengthen the resilience and profitability of their organizations.
Delivered as an accelerated, hands-on format, the program gives participants the skills and frameworks needed to transform sustainability from an obligation into a source of innovation, financing opportunities, cost efficiency and long-term value.
The program is designed to help organizations understand the business case for sustainability and apply practical tools in real operating environments.
The Green Business Accelerator Certificate has been implemented in Galicia, Seville, the Basque Country, the Canary Islands, Valencia and Valladolid, adapting global sustainability standards to regional economic realities.
Looking forward, ALF is preparing to expand this model to Argentina and Gibraltar, strengthening its international scope and positioning it as a benchmark in sustainability training.
ALF designs high-impact courses and certificates with universities, development institutions and expert partners to help organizations prepare leaders for emerging challenges.
